Title: carburetor Change
Post by: blakey on January 26, 2012, 01:11:03 PM
Hi,  I have a 2009 Zongshen ZS125 { the same bike as the Lexmoto Arizona with different badges) which has covered 1600Kms which has a problem, namely;

Bike starts and runs ok and will happily top 50mph, but at large throttle openings ie 5/8 to full the bike does not rev cleanly and feels as though it has a miss-fire or a flat spot a bit like fuel starvation, the bike will accelerate up to quite high revs ie 55 to 60 in 5th. It has had this problem since I bought it last year

Before I start buying parts to change like cdi or ht coil I was thinking about a carburetor change possibly one from a cg125, does any one know if it will fit?
Has anyone had a similar problem?
I dont just want to throw money at it and take pot luck.  It has a new Ngk plug and cap fitted.

Thanks. Blakey
