I found this info on another forum. These are a list of the compatible parts for the zongshen zs250gs
1. Clutch lining - Kawasaki Barako
2. Clutch Spring - Yamaha RS or X1
3. Disk Brake Pad - Suzuki Raider (Front Right), or shogun 125(Front Right) 100p, Skygo Brake Pads or have your brake pads rebonded using softer brake pads OUR rear break pads is compatible with SHOUGUN 125 Rear Brake Pads also available from OVERDOSE, better and cheaper than the OEM
4. Battery ----upgradable to motolite(MCB) 12N10-3B (+/-900pesos) or GS 12N10-3B(PhP 600 only) (w/ some mods to the battery holder to accomodate bigger size) or stock size 12N9-BS Maintenance Free
5. spark plug --upgrade to--ngk-- (platinum) DR8EGP or Denso (iridium) IX24, Bosch Iridiums
6. tires -- bridgestone BT090, metzeller sportec M1, Dunlop GPR80 or GT501, IRC, Duro HF918, Michelin Pilot Road2…etc Metzeller Sportec -available from OVERDOSE
7. Headlight Bulb ------------- OSRAM halogen bulb 35/35w, NARVA brand 35/35w, makoto 35/35w
8. Axle Bearings -------------- NSK Japan or KOYO japan #6302 2x front #6303 2x rear #6305 1x rear
8. rear view mirrors - Kawasaki KR150 (with some minor modifications), CBR 150 (some minor mods.) "very nice view"
9. Gaskets and oil seals - Viton or Silicon
10. oil drain plug - Yamaha Sniper
11. Oil Seals:
Zero. Front Sprocket = 22-35-6 (TL) NOK P75.00
Zero. Shifter = 12-22-5 (SL) NOK P55.00
Zero. Starter = 15-25-5 (TL) NOK P28.00
12. O-rings (Viton): oil filter, starter, stator side (2 chrome screw), oil plug (lalagyanan ng oil during oil change)
Zero. 226 A = P380.00 (oil filter)
Zero. 209 = P79.00 (starter)
Zero. 3 x 24 = P95.00
Zero. 113 = P36.00
Zero. 125 = P67.00
Chamber cover yun sa may timing chain, cylinder head left side (2 o-ring kabilaan)
Zero. 155 x 2.5 = Silicon P250.00 / Viton P433.00 (kung viton 156 un size)
142 x 2.5 = Silicon P101.00 / Viton P140.00
