Spark plug for ZS125-32

Hi,

First post from a newbie. 

Wasn't sure which category to put this in, and as theres nowt i can see for my model of bike, i've stuck it in here.   

How easy is it to change the sparkplug on a Zongshen ZS125-32, and what make/model/size can anyone recommend?
