2004 ZONGSHEN ZS125 T8 (Aprilia Area 51 clone)

In addition to the 2 small projectors, in order to import it to states they added a large DOT approved headlamp.  I can say that it's nice to have the extra light.

The lights come on with the key and don't dim like other scooters I have had where the lights come on with the engine.


What's this?  A chinese 4 stroke 125cc gy6 in an aprilia body that should have the 2 stroke Minarelli 50cc.

This scooter was not supposed to be built.  I don't think Aprilia would approve, but I LIKE IT!



Who says you can't put a 2 stroke muffler on a 4 stroke engine? lol






The gas tank is in front of your feet.  You can actually stick the nozzle down in the hole and it holds a whopping 3 us gallons or 11.5 liters!







An easy to access battery is a welcome change for me.







I found the vehicle identification plate under the carburetor access cover under the seat.
