I just bought a Ryuka RA1 and had my after 1000 km brake in "Service" but found out, that the seller shop here has NO CLUE about that motorbike. The bike obviously is restrained as it cant accelerate over 100 kmh (behaves like ignition cut) but is supposed to run at 120 kmh. I looked for some limiting rings around the Carburetor but found None - so i guess the engine Rotation Speed is limited by the CDI. Im very thankful for help to give the bikes full power. I read something about cut the blue cable but im not so sure....
