ZS 125 GY-A Electric Starter problem

I do have a Zongshen ZS 125 GY-A.  The bike does start with the kick starter. But it does not start with the electric starter,  The electric starter motor does turn, but it does not turn the engine so that it can start.  What can be the problem or fault?  If someone knows the topic, please help!
